Cutting machine is an indispensable equipment in light industry.

In traditional view, the cutting machine is a machine for cutting materials by means of the action force of the machine.

Some changes have taken place in modern cutting machines, and advanced technologies such as high pressure water beam and ultrasonic have been used in leather punching technology. However, people still summarize these devices in the equipment of cutting machines.


The automatic cutting equipment with high automation is the computer controlled moving head cutting machine, laser cutting machine (oscillating tool), high pressure water beam cutting machine and computer cutting machine.

In addition, a projection cutting machine is produced by USM company in Italy and the United Kingdom. The cutting table of the equipment has oscillating tools and visual observation device, which is used for contour scanning of leather or projection on leather to guide the cutter to arrange the blanking pattern on leather.


At present, there are various models of cutting machines made by different manufacturers at home and abroad. According to the performance of their products, we suggest that you choose from the following aspects:


1. According to their pmission modes, structures and uses, they are classified as follows:

 

1, according to the pmission form:


A, mechanical pmission cutter: it is a relatively old machine.


B, hydraulic pmission cutter: it is a modern universal cutting machine.


C, automatic roller cutting machine: use the sandwich method to process the entire leather or textile.


D, computer controlled water beam cutting machine: modern advanced cutting machine, no need to use knife die, according to the input procedure for cutting.

The punching cutting source is a high pressure water beam generator.


E, computer controlled ultrasonic cutting machine: the control form is similar to that of water beam cutting machine, and the punching cutting source is ultrasonic generator.


2. according to the structural mode:


A, rocker arm cutting machine: punching parts are swinging rocking arms, suitable for punching natural materials.


B, Longmen type cutting machine: the punching and cutting part is a cutting head which can move along the cross beam, and the cutter die can be fixed on the cutting head or on the processed object.

The large, computer controlled Longmen cutting machine is equipped with a rotatable toolholder, which can be selected according to the program layout. Of course, automatic feeding mechanism is necessary.


C, flat type cutting machine: it differs from the Longmen type cutting machine in that the crossbeam is directly punched, and there is no movable cutting head.

The plate cutting machine can be divided into two categories: fixed beams, moving front and rear beams, and movable front and rear skateboards.

3. According to the use of processing parts:

Two. Mechanical pmission cutting machine:

 

The general mechanical pmission cutting machine is fast in speed and stable in operation (after adjustment, the lower limit of stroke will not change), and the punching force is larger. The biggest drawback is the larger noise.

So since 60s, it has been gradually replaced by hydraulic pmission cutter.

Hydraulic pmission cutter:

 

The main basis for judging the function of hydraulic cutting machine is the size of punching force and punching speed.

The punching force is very large, but the punching speed is very low, or the punching speed is very high, but the machine with small punching force can not complete the punching and cutting tasks smoothly.


For mechanical pmission, the punching speed of the cutting machine is higher, about 250 times / minute, and the punching speed is variable, and the average punching speed is 200 mm / sec.

The cutting speed of the hydraulic cutter is usually greater than 75 mm / sec.


The difference between the mechanical pmission cutter and the hydraulic pmission cutting machine is mainly determined by the different characteristics of the two types of pmission: the mechanical pmission is rigid pmission, and the hydraulic pmission has certain flexibility.


The characteristics of the hydraulic cutting machine are: when the punching head is acting on the workpiece, the pressure in the acting cylinder does not reach the rated pressure, and the pressure will increase with the increase of contact time. Until the electromagnetic reversing valve receives the signal, the reversing valve reversing and the punching head start to be reset; when the pressure in the cylinder is limited by the time of oil pressure entering the oil cylinder, it may not reach the set rated pressure value; that is to say, the system pressure has not reached the design value, and the punching cutting has been completed.


Four, the use of cutting machines:

 

1. the mechanical pmission cutting machine, although there are manufacturers continue to produce, some small and individual manufacturers are still using, but this form of cutting machine will be eliminated.


2. the hydraulic pmission cutter is still in the mainstream.

In hydraulic cutting machines, a large number of rocker cutting machines with tonnage of 14-18 tons are used.

Plate and Longmen cutting machines are mostly used for larger manufacturers, and are more suitable for punching artificial materials.


3. the automatic cutting machine has been used in China. Due to the improvement of the manufacturing industry modernization, there may be a certain market in the near future.

But in the near future, it will not be possible to replace hydraulic cutter.
