The Canadian International Trade Court Decided To Investigate The Protective Measures For Imported Polyester Filament Cloth.

In June 4, 2008, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued a notice that, according to the application of Peerless Clothing Inc., it decided to investigate the procedures for the initiation of safeguards for imported polyester filament cloth.
