The seventh Dongguan international shoes exhibition was held from sixteen to eighteen days in Houjie Town, Dongguan.

"The substantial decline in export market demand is the most fundamental factor."

Wang Wei believes that for shoemaking manufacturers, the cost increase caused by various factors is not the deadliest, and the overall decline in demand has led to more difficult business.



"We are still looking at whether the order has not been decided yet."

At the exhibition site, Miss Pan, who accompanied the US businessmen, told reporters that under the influence of the subprime mortgage crisis, the consumption power of the United States declined, merchants were more harsh on the price, and the cost of Chinese shoemaker increased substantially. It was not easy to talk about a satisfactory price for both sides.



"Increasing the domestic market is one of our measures to deal with the crisis."

Wang Wei told reporters that "Bei Jia" has distributors and opened several stores in Shanghai, Beijing and other places. Now it wants to integrate the resources of the Pearl River Delta shoe making enterprises through the network, and create a network shoe trading platform. At present, more than 50 enterprises are involved.



According to the briefing, opening up the domestic market is the common choice of many peers.



"The implementation of the new labor law, the adjustment of the tax rebate policy, the appreciation of the RMB, and the subprime crisis and the economic recession in the United States will be a tough year."

Feng Peixi, chief executive of Dusseldorf Exhibition (China) Co., Ltd., a professional exhibition company, will actively promote the domestic market while attracting overseas buyers.

At this exhibition, the organizers organized dozens of retailers such as WAL-MART, Metro, Carrefour, year old department store and Tianhong shopping mall to visit and purchase.
